- Confirm your email. Click the link we send you. Until it's confirmed your work stays off discovery, so this is the one step that matters.
- Stage your work. Upload pieces, set prices and where you ship from. Originals and printsgo live once a person has checked them.
Fair, transparent, and easy
- 0% commission, at every tier. Gallpack takes no percentage of your sale price, ever. Online galleries often take 40% or more.
- A flat $1 per sale, paid by the buyer. That is the whole of Gallpack's cut on a sale, and it never grows with the price of the piece.
- Card processing at cost, and named. A card payment carries the card network's own charge — about 2.9% + 30¢ — deducted from your payout. Gallpack keeps none of it and adds nothing to it, and your payout itemises exactly what was charged. Everyone else hides this inside a commission; we haven't got one to hide it in.
- Free until you sell. Your page, your Canvas and listing originals cost nothing. Your first original sale of $100 or more starts Pro at $40 a month, and you choose then whether it comes from your card or out of that sale.
- You own your work and your relationship with buyers. Nothing is exclusive; sell the same work anywhere else you like.
- Insured shipping, bought for you. Buy a tracked, insured label from the order page and the buyer pays the shipping.
- Paid straight to your bank. Payouts are released 14 days after the carrier confirms delivery. Three kinds of sale wait 30 instead: your first three sales, any sale of $1,000 or more, and a sale to a buyer whose account is under two weeks old. Why.

Every confirmed artist's work goes into discovery, where collectors browse by category and size, and into the site search. Collections, the artist directory and the piece pages each carry their own rail of related work, so a piece is found from more than one door. Following an artist means a collector hears about new work the moment it goes up.

Your own room
One room per artist; Gallpack supplies the room. Yours has your work on its walls at true size: visitors look around, walk up, read the label and buy from the wall at no commission. Every wall finish in one of four rooms, a light dimmer, sculpture on a plinth, a title on the wall, a share picture, the embed for your own site, and a numbered Gallpack Studio with its established date. On every plan: three works on Free, up to twelve and two sculptures on Pro. Walk through a room first.

- Your Canvas. Stage your whole body of work, sold and unsold, on one page that reads like a gallery.
- The room visualizer and AR view. Collectors see any piece on their own wall, to scale, from a phone. Free, for every piece.
- Prints, fulfilled for you. Offer paper and canvas prints of a piece and Gallpack's print partner makes and ships them; you set the price above the wholesale cost.
- Shipping labels and tracking. Insured labels bought from the order page, carrier-verified tracking, and the buyer told at every step.
- Messages. Collectors write to you about a piece from its page; you reply from your inbox, with your email kept private.

Frequently asked questions
What do I need to do to start selling?
Register, confirm your email and upload your work. Listing is free. To sell an original through Gallpack's checkout you'll add a payout account with Stripe from your billing page so buyers can pay you; the first original you list before subscribing needs a price of $100 or more, and the day it sells your Pro plan starts.
Can anyone sell on Gallpack?
Anyone 18 or over in the United States who makes the work themselves. Gallpack is in private preview, so accounts are opened for a small number of real artists at a time; it costs nothing to register.
What can I sell?
Original physical work: paintings, drawings, prints you make, photographs, sculpture, textiles, and the like. You can also offer paper and canvas prints of a piece, made and shipped by Gallpack's print partner. Every piece passes a content check before it goes live.
How does shipping work?
The buyer pays shipping at checkout. When an original sells you have 3 days to ship it: buy a tracked, insured label from the order page (or use your own carrier and add the tracking number), pack it and hand it over. Prints are shipped by the print partner and there is nothing for you to do.
How do I get paid?
Straight to your bank through Stripe. Your payout is the price you set, less the card network's own charge for processing the buyer's payment -- about 2.9% + 30c, passed through at exactly what was charged. (The $1 sale fee is paid by the buyer on top of your price.) Payouts are released 14 days after the carrier confirms delivery. Three kinds of sale wait 30 instead: your first three sales, any sale of $1,000 or more, and a sale to a buyer whose account is under two weeks old. Your payout itemises the processing on every sale. A buyer paying from a Gallpack balance carries no processing at all, so you receive the full price.
How does commission work?
It doesn't. Gallpack takes 0% commission at every tier, including the free one -- no percentage of your sale price, ever. On a sale through Gallpack's checkout the buyer pays a flat $1 on top of the price; a paid plan is a flat $40 a month, never a percentage. The one cost that is not ours: card processing, which the card networks charge to move the money and which comes off your payout at exactly what they charged. Every other marketplace buries that inside its commission. Gallpack has no commission to bury it in, so it is named.
